24 hour policy

PLEASE CALL 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

If appointment is missed without notice, there will be a $50.00 charge, AND a $50 charge for any nurse appointments. Please be on time for your appointment.

As a courtesy to our patients, we send reminder texts or emails 48 hours prior to scheduled appointments. If there is no response back to us to say you will be on time for your appointment, you will be rescheduled, though we try to contact you the evening before to confirm if there is time to make the call. After hours, please leave a detailed message of cancellation, giving name, date, and time of scheduled service. We will give you a call back at our earliest convenience to reschedule a time for you.

All patients need to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier than their scheduled time. That way, staff can give you your fully allotted time of service after you complete any necessary paperwork, redeem Brilliant Distinction points, etc. If you are late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled, no exceptions.

refund policy

IT IS THE POLICY OF CENTRAL VALLEY ESTHETICS AND SERENITY MEDSPA AND CHIROPRACTIC, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.

Deposits for any aesthetic packages are non refundable. Also packages can not be shared with multiple patients, family or friends. No exceptions. Also, sales and discounts cannot be combined at anytime. ​

BANKED PRODUCTS

ATTENTION!

All patients will have one year to use any product/service they have purchased. If not used within 1 year, the banked product/service will expire, and will no longer be available. 

groupon policy

Groupons can only be purchased once per patient, per lifetime. You cannot purchase multiple Groupons. If purchased ahead of time, you must ask Groupon (whom you purchased from) for credit, refund, or reimbursement. No children allowed, no exceptions. This is for the safety of your children, our employees, and the comfort of other patients. Well-mannered service dogs are allowed with a license, collar, and/or vest.

  • WE WANT OUR PATIENTS TO HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE
  • Its a LIABILITY! If you bring children to your appointment, your appointment will be CANCELED, and you will need to place a new deposit fee if you wish to reschedule. Please find childcare. 
  • Must be 18 years or older in order to receive service at our clinic (sports physicals are okay for anyone under 18).
